You may adjust the language settings as
the following:
[For Windows 2000]
Run Start\Settings\Control Panel\Regional
Options\General. Depend on the Chinese character
set you are familiar with to adjust:
If you want to display Traditional Chinese,
please follow the images below to adjust:
If you want to display Simplified Chinese,
please follow the images below to adjust:
After clicking OK, the system will ask
you to restart you computer for applying
the settings, please click Yes to restart
your computer.
[For Windows XP]
Set the location and language options as
Traditional Chinese.
Setp1: Run Start\Control Panel\Regional
and Language Options.
Step 2: Click Install files for East Asian
languages option from the Languages tag.
Step 3: Go to Advanced tag, select Taiwan
under the Select a language to match the
language version or the non-unicode programs
you want to use.
Check 10002(MAC -Traditional Chinese Big5)
under the code page conversion tables. Check
Apply all settings to the current user account
and to the Default user profile.
Step 4: Select Chinese (Taiwan) under the
Select an item to match its preferences,
or click Customize to choose your own formats.
And select Taiwan under the Location.
Set the location and language options as
Simplified Chinese.
Setp1: Run Start\Control Panel\Regional
and Language Options.
Step 2: Click Install files for East Asian
languages option from the Languages tag.
Step 3: Go to Advanced tag, select Chinese
(PRC) under the Select a language to match
the language version or the non-unicode
programs you want to use.
Check 10008(MAC -Simplified Chinese GB
2312) under the code page conversion tables.
Check Apply all settings to the current
user account and to the Default user profile.
Step 4: Select Chinese (PRC) under the
Select an item to match its preferences,
or click Customize to choose your own formats.
And select China under the Location. Click
OK, the system will ask you to restart you
computer for applying the settings, please
click Yes to restart your computer.
[For Windows Vista]
Set the location and language options as
Traditional Chinese.
Setp1: Run Start\Control Panel.
Step 2: Click Classic View and click Regional
and Language as the image below.
Step 3: Click Formats tag and select Chinese
(Taiwan) under the Current format.
Step 4: Go to Location tag and select Taiwan
as the current location.
Step 5: Go to Administrative tag and click
Change system locate… button and select
Chinese (Taiwan) as the current language
for non-Unicode programs.
Click OK, the system will ask you to restart
you computer for applying the settings,
please click Yes to restart your computer.

Simplified Chinese.
