With regard to your return request, we regret that you are not completely satisfied with your product. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to our pure software or license products.

Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. |

Credit will be issued within seven business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping to receive the product, you'll have to give pay that shipping charge. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding the posting of credit to your account should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. |
